The short version
This is a to-do list. We store your tasks so you can see them. We don't sell your data. Don't do anything illegal with it. It's provided as-is.
Terms of Service
1. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.
2. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, send spam, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
3. Your content
You own the tasks and content you put into the service. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely so we can operate the service for you.
4. Service availability
We aim for the service to be available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access, or that features won't change. Features may be added, changed, or removed.
5. Pricing
The service is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans, we'll give you notice before charging you.
6. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, or if we discontinue the service.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.
Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Account info: your email address and (optionally) a display name.
- Your tasks, categories, and related metadata you enter or send by email.
- Basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) to keep the service running and secure.
How we use it
- To operate the service and show you your own data.
- To send you service-related email (password resets, important notices).
- To debug, secure, and improve the service.
Who we share it with
We use third-party infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email, and an AI provider for optional task auto-categorization). They process data on our behalf under contract. We don't sell your personal data.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we'll delete your data within a reasonable window, except where we're required to retain it by law.
Your rights
